dosSetEnvironmentVariable(string EnvVarName, string Scope, any Values)

Sets the contents of a system or local environment variable specified by EnvVarName to the value(s) specified by Values.

Parameters :

EnvVarName : A string representing the name of the environment variable to set. If the specified variable already exists, the function overwrites it. If the specified variable does not exist, the function creates it.
Scope : A string specifying the scope of the environment variable EnvVarName. Pass "Local" if EnvVarName is a local variable whose scope is the current application and "System" if EnvVarName is a global system variable that is available to all applications.

Values : A list of strings to associate with the environment variable envVarName

Return Values : An integer indicating whether the method was successful. If 1 is returned, the method was successful. If 0 is returned, the method was not successful is which case dosGetLastError() should be called to determine the cause of the error. 

Possible Returned Error Codes via dosGetLastError() :
10022 : Method is not supported on MacOS.
